When printing newspaper in a printing shop, color photos come out dark and off color. Solutions?
iborrowedthisidI’m a school photo editor, and we print our newspaper in a local printing shop. Black and white pictures come out okay, but the color pictures come out dark and off-color (like extra greenish or reddish hue). One of the guys I know told me to save picture files in CMYK color, since the printer ink colors use the same format. But I don’t think that solves the problem. Is it the printer fault or is there a way to “adjust” the colors? ... Read More
